For help with a return or cancellation, contact us using the support email below. Include your order number, the item name and the reason for your request. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, please also include clear photos of the item and packaging. Please contact us before sending an item back. We will review your request and explain the next steps. Sending a request does not mean that a return, refund or cancellation has been approved.
